Who are we?
The Franciscan School Vilassar de Mar, officially called “Escola La Presentació de la Mare de Déu” and known by all the people of Vilassar as “l’escola de les Monges” is a private and religious school founded in 1881 by the Franciscan Anna Ravell.
The school offers a training environment that combines academic excellence with Christian values, focusing not only on the intellectual development of the students, but also on their personal and social growth, the students are accompanied on their path of growth, in an atmosphere of respect and companionship.
Through active methodologies and interdisciplinary projects, the school seeks to make students protagonists of their own learning, promoting creativity, critical thinking and teamwork. And for all this to work, we count on the collaboration of the entire Educational Community, creating an atmosphere of mutual trust.
